The short version
What we know about you: your email, your progress, and your XP.
What we never see: your chats or your API key.
We never read your conversations
When you chat with an AI in Promptcraft Academy, that conversation goes straight from your browser to the AI company you've connected. It doesn't pass through our servers, and we can't read it.
Your AI key stays on your device
Your API key (the code that connects you to an AI provider) is stored on your own device. We never see it, and we never send it anywhere else.
No ads, ever
We don't show adverts, and we don't use tracking cookies to follow you around the internet.
You're in control
You can ask to see everything we know about you, or ask us to delete it. You can do this yourself from Settings, or a parent or guardian can ask on your behalf.
If something feels wrong
If anything you see online — here or anywhere else — makes you feel uncomfortable, tell a trusted adult. There's also a ‘Report a problem’ link inside the workspace if you need to flag something to us directly.
