The service

Promptcraft Academy is a self-paced online course covering how large language models work, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows. The hands-on sandbox runs on your own AI provider key (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini). Use of the sandbox is also subject to that provider's own terms of service and usage policies.

Accounts

• Learners aged 13 and over may hold their own account, with a guardian email on file for recovery and the weekly digest.
• Learners aged 11–12 use a guardian-managed account, set up and supervised by a parent or guardian.

Purchases

• The student plan is a one-time payment of £179, giving lifetime access to every current and future student module.
• Student purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
• Schools and organisations can purchase enterprise seats on an annual, per-seat basis via Stripe.

Acceptable use

Use Promptcraft Academyfor learning. Don't use the platform or the connected AI providers to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content, attempt to bypass safety settings, or share your account or API keys with others.

Certificates

On completing a module, learners receive a completion certificate. This is a record of course completion only — it is not an accredited qualification.

Liability and changes

We aim to keep Promptcraft Academyaccurate and available, but the course and sandbox are provided ‘as is’. We are not responsible for the output of third-party AI providers connected via your own key. We may update these terms or the course content from time to time; significant changes will be communicated to guardians.
